– All  products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

–  If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

– Once you have confirmed your order, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, customer addresses, etc., check if this option is available in your account. We are not obliged to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best as appropriate.

– The risk of loss, damage and title to the Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. It will be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such event, Galakea LLC will not issue a refund and will not resend the Product.

– If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of the lost Product in accordance with Galakea LLC’s Return Policy.

– For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to Galakea LLC’s investigation and at its sole discretion.
