Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

To initiate a refund, you must email us at goodvibes@galakea.com with and provide the necessary details and evidence (photos of the defect or error. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement.

We will be available to review your claim. If your claim is approved, I will provide you with a return address.

Please allow 3-5 business days after receiving your return for a refund to appear.

Any unauthorized returns or returns of washed, worn or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be lost.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. Often there is a processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where we can’t granted refunds:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Galakea LLC does not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with the product (e.g., it is defective or damaged), they will replace it.
